If money is not a big deal, then get Mac, it can also run Windows. But if you want to save cash, do some research on how to put together a PC DIY style. It'll be a lot of fun.
Components (Keep all receipts for warranty):
1. PSU (Power Supply Unit)
2. Motherboard
3. CPU
4. RAM
5. Video Card
6. Sound Card (if you want 3d sound effects etc)
7. DVD-RW drive
8. Hard disk
9. Keyboard
10. Mouse
11. Monitor
12. PC Case (make sure it has good ventilation)
13. Windows 7
14. Flat head and Philips head screw drivers
