what the hell, i only have 99% too!
the only thing i can kinda think of is the extra cutscene once u completed the cosmos/chaos reports - the other forums says it shows cosmos speaking of lufein(?) woman... i don't know
but anyway it just shows that cosmos is alive and something about war
i don't know if u've gotten it or not... but that's the only thing i'm missing
i mean other than the fact i'm missing a lot of ultimate weapons, yeah, that seems to be the only one i'm missing
