It's impossible to play Lost Odyssey without those issues, even installed. I didn't say the FR dropped to 2, but it falls to 20 or lower fairly regularly, and if you didn't see screen tearing then you don't know what it is.

Not everyone notices, cares about, or is tech saavy enoguh to see technical issues when they play a game. I personal am not too bothered by them in a game like LO, but I definitely see them.
