Yeah weaken the big brutes first and once they are low on life start jumping on their back and swinging at all the henchmen to start your combo going.
I think I didn't get a continuous combo the whole time, but was still able to get 3 stars with all the unblockable combos from swinging from a brutes back. Make sure to do ground takedowns when your combo gets high. They give the most points. I also made sure to always go for max variations, and if I took damage in the first 2 rounds I'd restart. The shock and awe, shock guys, were the toughest part for me. Usually broke my combo. I'm a little hazzy, but I think the best way to disarm them was to flip over them and they drop the shock stick.
