Why would they do that? Even though you're not particulary fond of Nobuo Uematsu, you can't deny that his work has been very preponderant on S-E main franchise.

Also, from what we have heard so far from FFXIII soundtrack, Masashi Hamazu has done an excellent work with keeping up with the original spirit and quality of a FF OST.

Also, if you go into S-E second franchise, Koichi Suyigama has done an excellent job as well, you may not like, yet that doesn't take away from the quality.

Oh, and no way I want any other composer on KH music rather than composer goddess Yoko Shinomura
