When they give numbers of people that have died by swine flu or died from the swine flu vaccine, they're counting people that have had swine flu or have had the swine flu vaccine.
That means if you got the swine flu vaccine or got swine flu and then got hit by a bus, you're counted as yet another swine flu related death.
