if you are saying plasma have to be replaced every 4 years then you are one of the uninformed people cause plaSMA=100000 HOURS AND LCD=60000 HOURS THATS THE LAST i heard. plasma has more realistic images and no it doesn't have the glass burning or whatever you call it.
