Well... technically... he does have a few spoken lines in one of his games. (Well, okay, I guess it should be "games".) But really, I don't blame people for not wanting to remember that one...

Oh, and for the topic at hand, it doesn't really matter to me one way or the other. Granted, the single line that Crono gets in Chrono Trigger is definitely a gem.
