LCD do have a huge advantage in how they behave with light incoming on the screen.
Lets say you have a window facing your TV, with an old SD TV you would get a lot of reflection on your TV, with LCD you can actually watch the TV without having to close every single blind in the house...
Basically LCD has won the battle over plasma so this is kind of an inventory clearance deal..
PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !
PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !
