He can play some t rated games, but they usually have to be based off of movies he's seen. The last 360 game my mom got for him was Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
If it has any four letter words, then he probably can't play it.
He would probably like Arkham Asylum, and he saw The Dark Knight, but I don't know how strong the content in the game is.
Edit: this was actually supposed to be a response to loves2splooge's question of if he can play some teen rated games.
