What is the best 360 game for kids to have been released in '09?

His parents keep a strict eye on him as far as games go. I think he only has Banjo, Sonic, and sports games for his 360.

Poor kid, sounds like he has the wrong console then.  I guess he wanted a 360 for Gears, etc. but his parents slammed the door on it.

Banjo, Marvel Alliance, Lips?  The 360 isn't really a great console for kids games only.  Brutal Legend if he promises to turn on the censoring - it's actually pretty funny with all the bleeping.
