Saddest moments in any video game (56K and huge spoiler warning)

Ok, since I don't want to cause any more off-topic on the Favourite FF song thread I decided to create a thread exclusively to what I was posting. Saddest video game moments that you can remember.

I had posted quite a few moments that can bring even grown men and women to tears, and make you ponder about life itself, i'll repost them here and add a few more that I consider as well

Starting off with what I consider to be the saddest moment in a video game, ever, Lirum's Death in Lost Odyssey:




From Shadow of The Colossus, Agro's Sacrifice so that Wander could live, this broke my heart the first time it happened:



Who can forget the mythical scene, Aeris Death, at the end of CD 1, Final Fantasy VII:





Once again, coming from Final Fantasy, the ending from Final Fantasy X:






Also, another moment that touched me deep inside is Sniper Wolf's Death at the end of CD 1 of Metal Gear Solid:



From Metal Gear Solid 2, EE's Death also took me by a complete surprise, I feel so sorry for Otacon, he loses all the people that he ever loved in life:


Also, coming from the same series, The Boss Death scene at the end of Metal Gear Solid 3:




From Legend of Dragoon, the Death of Lavitz took me by a complete surprise:




From Kingdom Hearts, this felt like a shocker as well, Sora went through all the trouble to save Kairi and then he sacrificies himself to save her truly:



These are my favourite saddest moments in video game history, feel free to discuss and add your personal favourites as well :)
