Well you could be drunk, or just see someone you like and flirt with them and kiss them right there, even when you don't know them. I didn't mean to say its weird in general, it's weird to me, cause I would never make out with someone I just met.

I would have thought that most people dont just make out with people at random unless there senses are somewhat impaired (hence the drunk/high query)

I see, but yeah, I'm sure alcohol or would lessen your judgement, but I have heard of people just meeting someone and saying they liked each other and they just made out. lol

Ive gotten drunk on several occasions, hehe, but I never made out with someone whilst drunk

Yeah me too. lol I can control myself while intoxicated, but some people turn into way different people.
