Well you could be drunk, or just see someone you like and flirt with them and kiss them right there, even when you don't know them. I didn't mean to say its weird in general, it's weird to me, cause I would never make out with someone I just met.

I would have thought that most people dont just make out with people at random unless there senses are somewhat impaired (hence the drunk/high query)
