Its not not really the Cell in each PS3 that is causing $ony to loose money its that Blu Ray drive. If $ony would have decided to go with dvd such as M$ they wouldn't have been able to push forward their format. They would have been making a profit on each PS3 sold no doubt. It's not the cell that sets the PS3 apart from the 360 it is the Blu Ray drive.
