Why is every non RPG game Bethesda publishes mediocre or horrible?

Fallout 3 owns Oblivion.

Hmmm... I thought Betheasda owned Oblivion. If memory serves me correctly, they also own Fallout 3. But it just wasn't as awesome as Oblivion.

That's why they gotta drop the fallout stuff and start working on Elder Scrolls V
