Eh, actually the US entering the war did in a way save you from WW2.

Not the Nazis mind you... but the Russians.

Without the US involvement in the Europeon Theatre USSR likely would of took all of Germany and even most of France.

With taking all of germany would come their atom bomb secrets.  Which the US may not have been working on had it won the war.

In otherwods.  USSR Hegemony and a general rise of "communism" which was really cronyism.

 

I mean heck, England might of even signed a treaty with the Nazis.  It was barely holding on even with all the illegal help FDR was giving the UK behind the US citizens backs.
