Really though, it depends on the sickness. It may not harm you (the sick person) but if it's something contagious, the other person (aka: the sick-o) is going to catch it when they go down on you (it's a requirement. hey, I didn't make the rules!). Besides, who wants to "get it on" with a sick person?*
