Personally, I don't like to talk while gaming. If a game requires team work and nobody wants to talk, we will be screwed. And I also hate it when other people talk too much or eat stuff into microphone that I can hear their saliver and swollowing, or if their TV or music is too loud or if they have phelgm/snot and constantly sniff it back in. Or if they keep talking and ruining the atmosphere of the game. Phew ... I probably need to see a phycotherapist ...
