Yeah, its called "reality". Face the facts man, Noctis has ALL the aspects of being a more popular character then Cloud (from what we have seen so far). I mean, Noctis has a badass character design, 100 swords fighting for him, glowing red eyes. I can't think of a single jrpg character that has it like that.

Noctis is a spinoff character.
