Here come the Scotch to try and disclaim Englands right to superiority. S'pose we'll have the Irish next blaming us for the chipshop famine. Don't blame us for not being able to feed yourselves. Part of being English is looking after yourself and not expecting handouts.

Everyone wants to be English until they realise they never can be. Luckily for America we can still allow you to denounce the Republic and become a monarchy at any point. Do it, you know it makes sense.

In Europe we are known as the 'Land of the Angels'. Probably because they realised early on that God himself is on our side.
