@Common: Question, when you pause the game on the PC version, can you give orders to multiple players? 

On the 360, if you pause and then select any spell/ability for any character, it immediately begins the game with the character taking that action.  If you want to give another character an order you have to pause again.

@silicon, don't get me wrong I'm enjoying it on the 360 (sure the PS3 controls are identical) I just think it would be better with more options for the larger, strategic battles.

Yeah I think so too... I was considering getting the PC version along with the PS3 version for more replay value + the campaign editor.
