No, it's the opposite. They just have lots of arable land that's going to waste. It's not the amount of tractors 100 hectares of used farmland, it's the amount of tractors per 100 hectares of possible farmland.

Unfortunately, farming isn't quite the most popular activity in America. We pay less for food, therefore its not as profitable, either.
