In terms of influence definitely RE4. Every 3rd person Action game has used the over the shoulder camera view when aiming a gun which was established with RE4.
Quality however, RE4 was a personal disappointment for me. I really like the camera view but hated the more action style gameplay.
Uncharted 2 is a good game. It doesn't do anything new or revolutionary but what it does it does it very well.
