Currently, technically - i.e. leaving artistic direction and the like out of it - yes, most definitely.
The draw distance, detail level, texture level, shadowing, animation, frame rate, resolution, etc. all say yes.
Right now Uncharted 2 is tops, with Killzone 2 a close second.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
