I hope so!
A lot of older games are already really cheap. There's a lot you can buy for the price of a movie... but have way more playing time.
It seems like they're testing out giving discounts to PSN Games. Like the holiday sales, or previously selling a few PSP games at 50% off. I'm sure after they look at the numbers they'll realize they can make a lot more by lowering the price.
