Will Final Fantasy 13 Become The Best Selling FF Game?

In order to become the best selling Final Fantasy game it should have to sell 10 million units.

Japan --- 2,5M (PS3)
US --- 4,5M (PS3+360)
Europe --- 3M (PS3+360)

I see it almost impossible, it cannot sell almost 8 million units in the west.
