basically they were guessing that Tiger and his wife had a fight about the affair rumor. His wife slapped him which left scracthes on his face. Tiger was mad so he got in his car and drove away. His wife chased his Escalade and slam the back of the car with the golf club. Tiger turned around to look which caused the accident.
This media in Taiwan has a really good story telling ability based on little fact. :)
