Still ruins it. He's dead, let him stay dead. It ruins the impact and future potential peril of the cast of characters if one of them shows up alive.
And then one would question how Zombies could even be killed by bullets or killed at all if they can resurrect dead bodies. >_>;
Remember, it's just suppose to be a disease in Zombieland, not undead creepy crawlies.
Also, this re-affirms my point of even the most menial of additions ruining the original movie.
