I couldn't even begin to compile this list. By the time I finished, I'd have changed my mind about at least five of the songs. Here are a few I really like, though:

The Libertines - What Katie Did (love this song for some reason)
MIA - Come Around (yeah, I like MIA, deal with it)

Modest Mouse - Float On (just picked one... there are a few MM songs I like a lot)
Morrissey - Irish Blood English Heart
Muse - Knights of Cydonia
Postal Service - Such Great Heights
Arcade Fire - Wake Up
Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Maps
