Nearly all the old peoplein Konami have left. Most notable in my mind is the creator of Suikoden, the team that later became Treasure and Kojima (though he still works with them).

I doubt there's really any 'old blood' left in Konami. And it shows, as most of the games they've made in the last two gens have been nothing like they were in the past.

The Goemon team also left and founded Good Feel Inc.  They recently made Wario Land Wii.

Iga's Castlevania team is still there, as well as most of the Bemani team (though the creator left to found a new company called Yudo), the Powapuro team, the Winning Eleven team and of course, the staff at Kojima Productions.  Konami's internal teams do seem to have suffered a lot though, all combined they don't have near the output of the old KCEO/KCEJ/KCET days, not to mention Konami's prolific 8/16bit output.
