The 360 wont beat the ps3 that is clear... but it doesnt have to be just neck and neck or demolish....

I would call demoilish more than 2m, which would be a very good result for PS3

Anything less than a 1.0m outsell by PS3 is pretty good for MS I think.

Anything between 1m and 2m is still a good result for PS3 but not demolition.

man even if the ps3 sell 1 more console than the 360 its a success considering the ps3 was has been "doomed" the enitre gen! now somehow its outselling the 360 by 200k a week, well sstarting this week. could actually 250k. which is big!
