Because 5 is unachievable if BF week falls short, and 4 is extremely unlikely if BF week falls short I'm only going to put names in the OP up until the official VGC WW numbers for BF week are posted.
People can post revised predictions up to BF week official number being reported and I will move their name within the list. But no revisions will be put into the OP after that. I'm staying with 4. I'll be unofficially revising down to 2 if BF week falls short, though
