You don't get a freedom to avoid cultures you don't like. That's just stupid.
Which seems to be your only issue.
The Muslim call to prayer is no different then a number of other things that are well respected... if it bothers you... get better insulation for your house or apartment.
Also... nobody actually uses minarets for that anymore. They've got loudspeakers now. Those will work just as well on the roof then on a little minaret.
