Sony's going to focus on what they do best, they're going to focus on the market that's been theirs - the Gamer/PS2 market. And why it will have momentum... exclusive games after more exclusive games after more. MS just doesn't have close to as many first party studios to compete at that level, and buying good 3rd party exclusives is prohibitively expensive at this point in the game.
