It will be. MS has right of first refusal to publish all Bungie games. They'll be a 360-centric developer for as long as Microsoft wants them to be.

probs wont be 360 exclusive, thats why Bungie split from microsoft so they could make what they want. so microsoft has 'NO RIGHTS' to anything other then Halo that Bungie makes, thsy can do what they please 

Incorrect. They have right of first refusal to publish all Bungie games. Bungie split so that they could create any new IP they want and so they won't be locked into the Halo franchise for the next 20 years. MS still has the rights to publish every game they make, meaning they can lock any Bungie creation onto the Xbox platform.

You don't really think MS let their best first party developer walk away with no strings attached, do you? They still own a party of the company, I think.

intresting, although they can lock any game into 360, doesnt mean they can have it as an Exclusive though.. if bungie wanted it Multi-plat then MS would have to let it go to another publisher or have to publish it for PS3/Wii/PSP/DS. whatever they wanted

 

that could cause some issues for Bungie..thats not a good situation
