I would say the games
and lack of momentum on the 360
Even if great games are coming on 360, early 2010 seems really to be in Sony favor compared to the 360
just because GT5 is exclusive and FF will mostly have a PS3 effect.
Even a 360 price cut will not make so much damage cause it will mostly affect the cheapy arcade that is not in direct competition with the PS3 and it would have been more important to make it near the holidays (right now indeed)
The only thing I can see would be Natal on 360 ...
