What is Halo Reach and why does it matter?

Everyone didnt buy Halo 3.   but yeah, maybe everyone that bought it didnt like it... but then a hell of a lot more then 10 million have bought it or played it.  Used, rentals...

By the way, exactly what is Halo Reach bringing to the table that will make it be hugererererererererer?  Halo Wars couldn't even outsell Killzone 2.
