- Sean Connery - growing up with Connery in the role he's the archtype and in a sense 'my' Bond.

- Daniel Craig - a close second, and so far I think he's worked wonders with the role.

- Timothy Dalton - I actually found Dalton a good Bond, and it's funny how they tried a similar reboot with him, making the action grittier, and it was claimed he was 'too hard' and the action was 'too rough' and now look at the reaction with Craig. For me the really under-rated Bond.

- Pierce Brosnan - I really judge him based on Goldeneye, where he was very good, although sadly for him they lost the plot again and started to go all 'Roger Moore' with his films

- George Lazenby - I think he could have made a good Bond, he's in a good Bond film, but it seems he was poorly advised and managed and it all went pear shaped

- Roger Moore - I love Roger Moore, I think he's such a sweet guy, and I actually loved his Bond movies for the daft fun they were, but he was far from my idea of Bond (although in Live and Let Die you got the sense of what might have been if they'd stuck with that feel)
