So I finally started using last.fm yesterday and I love it a lot more than I thought.  I kept it on yesterday while playing Dragon Age on my laptop since the wife was out and I'll have it on all today since I'm cleaning all today.  I used Pandora before this, but I actually like this service A LOT better and have even found a few artists I never knew about that I really like (Within Temptation = I like).

The only thing that is bothering me is if you go so long without doing anything, the music stops, a popup comes up and tells you you've been idle for a while, and then you have to tell it yes, I'm still here.  When you press yes it buffers again, shows you the ad, and then starts back up.

I really don't have a problem with any of the ads (when you start or inbetween every few songs) and buffering is a second at most, those don't bother me, what bothers me is the service stopping if you've been idle for a while.

Is there a way to turn that off on the 360?

It just seems like a silly feature, I don't know why they expect you to be doing stuff so much while listening...
