Nintendo: Sometimes they take too long to release a "major" game. They have a track record for releasing peripherals and not supporting them.
Sony: They tend to look at what the competition is doing and copy it. They have a few innovations (Home and uhh.....) but its normally something that I could come up with. They don't think outside of the box.
Microsoft: They don't have as many IP's as Nintendo and Sony. Its like they depend on third parties to sell their console. They need to quit relying on Bunjie and Epic and a few franchises that sell bucket loads.
