Well indeed both. First and foremost, when I see a girl I look at the face... namely the eyes. So a pretty face is definitely a requirement. Now when it comes to boobs, I'm not as picky but there are requirements. Size is not that big of a deal but there needs to be something there haha. And further on if they are really large, they have to "fit" with the rest of the body... otherwise it really isn't all that attractive.
