hmmmm it should be letting you out. I was in the closed beta when they were showing the game off and there were TONS of glitches through the door, but I don't know about anything like that. If it happens again though we know it's a problem. Which is where the beta part comes in.
You're testing the game for them, not getting a free demo. (although a majority think of it that way)
Go to the playstation website, log in and click your Beta tag and there should be an option somewhere to report glitches.
