People outside Europe should also know that every Mediamarkt "works on his/her own". The head honcho of every Mediamarkt (a chain of over 520 shops all around Europe except GB) not only is somewhat financially tied to his/her Mediamarkt, s/he can pretty much do whatever s/he wants (as long as it is reasonably sound business-wise).
