The PS3 will definitely dominate Xbox 360 and Nintendo when the PS3 is priced at $199. Nintendo is probably coming out with a new console which will slow down the wii sales. Remember technically the PS3 is still the most expensive console so which means there are people waiting for another price drop still.
The 360 had its chance to dominate the wii by coming out with a console first and selling a $199 model that was cheaper than the Wii and also by securing some of PS exclusives but it just didn't widen the gap between the PS3 and 360 by much.
When the PS3 is priced at $199 , people would see the true value of the PS3 at a very reasonable price trust me.
