Were regular tests carried out 30 years ago or more here in the UK? Just wondering. Although, then many things can come from investigations after criminal acts. Health issues being one of them as a lot of criminals have studies done on them to see if they are fit to stand trial or not. My personal opinion on this story is that he shouldn't be extradited just stand trial here or at least in an EU court. I believe he'll stand a fairer trial. |
In the UK. I can't say. In the US... yes for ASD disorders.
I'd assume the UK had competent psychological doctors thoguh.
On the opinion that he'll stand a "fairer" trial... why?
And B... how would you feel if someone broke into your military computers and the US refused to hand them over?
Despite having an actual legal agreement that compels you to turn them in.
Also, when it comes to fairness. You would be hard pressed to fine a more well done system then the American Judicial system.
In fact. The UK is starting to emulate the US judicial system.
