In all honestly, its not a bad game at all. The problem is it was hyped as an Oblivion killer by the publisher and/or developer. That got expectations very high and it didn't deliver. Nevertheless, I consider this a quality game and some aspects can be considered better than Oblivion.
A huge problem the 360 port suffered from was a terrible frame rate. Its by far the worst frame rate I've seen on a 360 game. That alone will turn off many gamers. I purchased it for $10 at Gamestop and I really enjoyed it. The game also sold fairly well so that will always motivate a sequel. Its safe to assume the sequel will be better and I look forward to it.
