Does it always take long to get a MAG game started?

While I never had any intention of buying it right when it comes out, I was planning on renting it. My plan remains unchanged, but unless there have been some big improvements by the time the game is released, I'll probably stick with a rental and that's it.

There's some potential though as all the crap going on in a 256 player battle is pretty intense. I still see myself being more interested in what DICE does with Battlefield 3.

256 players is just a gimmick that gave the game attention. It's really many 8v8 battles in ridiculously small areas. 

I was much more impressed with the Bad Company 2 beta.
