Because cheating isn´t allowed and imo if u go so far to have a shared account just for getting trophies then i feel sorry for that person.

Cheating shouldn't be tolerated, though. Do we actually have any proof, other than "he sort of played at this time" and "he got this trophy 2 minutes after getting this one"?

Well its not that easy to see if a person cheats or not u gotta have that person on ur friends list. The only person who has all names in its list is Arcturus but just like everything else u gotta have proof first.
