I havent read the all previous posts but I have to say that I think natal will betray its own concept cause it will probably use an add on (which it should not hence its controller free purpose) to play games as halo pretty much like re5 ps3 alternate edition using wand and dualshock3 (failed, too uncomfortable. at least it seems). I just dont see proper walking around happening with natal without something else same as with proper pointing. you might say I´m trolling but just look at e3 showing the painting with wand was precise but with natal they just waived their hands and threw the painting but you COULD NOT make drawings or accurate painting.
